Systems / IT Helpdesk Tickets

The Systems and IT departments utilize Webhelpdesk to track support requests from our customers.  To enter a new ticket, you can email support@treca.org, or you can go to the following URL
 
 
and enter your request manually.  The above URL can also be used to check status on any existing tickets you have open with us, or look at your ticket history. 
 
(If you have never logged into the webhelpdesk system above, you can create a new account, or if one exists and you don't know the password, you can request a new password be emailed to you)
